How do I find out what PSU will work with my old computer?

Q: I have a Compaq Presario SR1150NX he needs a new power supply. At least that's what the Geek Squad Online Guy said, the power is out and now the computer does not start and there is a green light on the back of the tower flashes.

You have two options:

Buy the exact model again the same (eBay)

Or buy a different model. I recommend this option, as it's cheaper.

All 250-watt PSU work, SR1150NX comes with a standard ATX case so any PSU with the power output to the right will work.
