sounds like you do not get power over yellow / red to the solenoid. Check the ignition switch and neutral. also, there is a fuse on the engine, follow the positive wire to the solenoid. it will be in a fuse holder. If you work on this engine yourself, I suggest investing in a service manual.

If you needed some sort of overhead Lift, a steel building can accommodate it.
